Why this blog?

I live in Pune, India. While traveling to work I pass-by the Wakadewadi under bridge. The under-bride is not supposed to be used by 4-wheelers. However, with open disregard for the traffic rules I see 4-wheelers moving through it freely. I would keep updating this blog with photos of this chaos that I take every now and then.
